Tom officiated in 48 Tier 1 Tests, and multiple Premiership and European finals. That experience built a deep comfort with accountability, integrity, and rapid decision-making under global scrutiny.

He currently also works as Lead Human Intelligence for Performance Specialist at Leading Edge Performance, partnering with FTSE companies, multinational organisations and National/International Governing Bodies. His focus is the “human terrain” of performance and transformation - surfacing what’s really happening in the system, aligning leadership, challenging constructively, and de-risking change so outcomes stick.
